One apartment at the Langton’s Wharf development in Leeds’ booming riverside quarter has been defaced by electoral graffiti. This is almost certainly a breach of the owner’s lease.
As if to labour the point the offensive poster is displayed in not one but two windows.
Question is, who is the curtain twitcher that lives there?
